Completed registration at the surgery this morning with no issues. Receptionist was brilliant in helping me through the process and also sorted out my prescription for me. Thanks????

In the past few weeks I attended the surgery for a emergency consultation, I was so impressed the doctor I seen she was so kind caring and reassuring.
The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant in order for me to have my appointment when I needed it, thank you all so much.

So unhelpful.
Since I’ve moved address they didn’t want to know me and wouldn’t answer one question I had. Whatever, at least illl be gone soon, one way or another.

Ive been a patient of this surgery for c 20 years and can say that all the doctors and staff are frst class. I have never had a problem with the receptionists and find them all to be totally professional.

WOW!!! What amazing service I just received from the reception team!!! . I have moved over from England to Chepstow and takes a while for everything to be transferred over from doctor to doctor (UPTO 2 WEEKS) and they have sorted out all my medication that I need ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you xxxxxx

Doctors and nurses are lovely. The only thing that seems to be a common problem is the receptionist, they are so rude when they answer the phone and don't listen I had to repeat myself 3 times on the phone. I even had a receptionist interupt me. If I spoken to any customers like that in my work or even colleagues I would be getting a disciplinary ???? maybe there should be empathetic people answering the phones especially if there are vulnerable people calling.

I've been to sedbury town gate practise and wish I could go to that one but I'm not allowed the receptionist there is lovely and again doctors and nurses are exceptional.
