The area is good. Walking distance to urban park, masjid, corniche, to the WTC mall. The building not that bad. Lots of parking for tenant. Lift when its broken 3 lifts doesnt work. I wonder ifnthey have a regular service lift or no. regular wall maintenance required if you are tenant.

The general state of the building is good.
But FAB properties management is very disappointing.

Pretty much the only thing this building has going for it is the floorplan--the layouts are actually very nice and you don't see many apartments like this. The staff working the building are also pretty decent folks.

Otherwise, the FAB Properties management is downright terrible and they clearly finished this building on an absolute shoestring. We moved in with a long list of maintenance issues (for example -- they didn't even install ceilings in the bathrooms!) and the maintenance team was--and still is--stretched to the breaking point. At the time, the contractor crews tasked with finishing the units said that they hadn't been paid by FAB in 6+ months. Black-colored mold swept through the building during the first year, all through the hallways and shared spaces, and apparently their solution was to just paint over it.

The elevators are also severely congested (only 3 four-person elevators for a 21 floor building) and it is common to have to wait as full elevators pass you on multiple trips in the busy periods during morning and evening.

The location is superficially good, but the road access is actually very congested in the area and you're just as good living somewhere slightly further away with better access to main roads. The parking is also terrible with very, very small spaces and lanes so tight that cars are always inches from sideswiping each other.

Save your money; there are better buildings out there and you don't have to deal with FAB.

Have lived here for one year. Location is great and security staff is excellent . However, there are many maintenance issues with my apartment. I have reported them several times and maintenance has attempted to fix some of the issues several times but they are never fixed. And some issues that I reported have been completely ignored for the entire year. Issues include excessively leaky bathroom ceiling, balcony door improperly sealed which lets in rain and wind, leaking bedroom windows, missing door keys, missing ceiling tiles, cracked and bubbled walls in all rooms, mold under one set if kitchen cabinets, and faulty lighting in stairwell to name a few. Requested rent reduction due to all these ongoing issues and was told no. If I could do over, I would have chosen another building. Moving out tomorrow.

i have rented 3 bedroom apartment ,constant bad smell in master bedroom ,since last 3 month constant repairing going on but problem still exist ,now fab not repsonding to my mails .totally disappointed
