In the first place I consider is the honesty. I good taste mango ice cream but little disappointed because not as the picture I saw in the menu exactly. Should be more amount of whipped cream, but this is what I got. Too much of mango ice cream and very little amount of whipped cream.

low quality matcha taste like fish not same as photo, in the photo its green but in reality its different and its expensive.

Extensive parking area ...access to all important places...shops, restaurants,hotels, town centre, tourist attractions, bus stops all are at walkable distance... safe parking space available at any time...

Left my car in this car park on the 21st of June 2023. Left for 3 hours and returned to significant damage by someone with a key. This is on a school route. Theres no way to contact the owners to see if theres CCTV.

Although this Carpark has plenty of spaces nearby to the shopping centre and has cctv, I did notice from reading the notice up at the front end that the payment is still necessary for disabled people to park unlike the other Carpark on the corner where I have parked before with my blue badge.
This wasn't a problem as it was still fairly affordable for the 3hrs we needed and I will give it 5stars because it was very clean but just one problem that I have to mention is the opening for the Carpark on foot is not wheelchair friendly as it does have a step, I had to get out until my son manoeuvred it down safely before I sat back in, I own a electric wheelchair and on my return I went in the same way that all cars etc do and travelled all the way around towards the back to reach my car that I had to park at a spot I could open my door wider to get in and out because there was no disabled parking spaces left.
Lessons learnt from that day that it's not the best place for me but would be fine for anyone who doesn't have the problems I have.

Cheap tariffs but it wasn’t until we paid for six hours, was told by Carlisle shopmobility that for the first three hours we could park for free with our Blue Badge clock. There are no signs at all that say that in the car park. Use your council budget and have this done please. No ramps either just a little step my fiancé, whom has mobility issues, struggled to step over. Will never ever park here again. Carlisle doesn’t give a stuff about disabled people, not in this car park anyway.
Thank you for your reply, I apologise I put a council owned car park, but it’s still disgraceful you don’t offer discounts for Blue Badge Holders.

Parked in Lowther Street Car Park 30/01/2022 and paid £2 to park between 12:50 -14-50. Today 07/02/2022 I received a parking fine detailing that we arrived at 12:44 and left at 13:53. Could it please be explained as to how this fine has occurred given that I still had almost 1 hour spare on my ticket. Feeling very frustrated and annoyed as this is my second dealing with this company which once again has to be dealt with, needless to say that I shall no longer park here cheaper tariff or not.

It’s the same story as many other people here which suggests there is a level of purposeful deceit for the purposes of making money. Parked here while visiting my granny and paid at the machine (with evidence on my banking app of the payment) and have now received a parking charge invoice 14 days later (also suspicious as that is the date they say their “full charge” applies). Pretty disgusting how they do this- especially as older people who don’t use the internet won’t see these reviews and will be more easily intimidated into paying their fraudulent charges.

I was parked with my disabled sister in the car, she wanted the Christmas sales. I put the disabled badge on my window and with my arrival clock. I have been sent a parking fine of £100. I appealed , with a picture of my sister's disabled badge and my appeal was rejected. I have to pay £100 even though I did everything correct and they know I had a disabled badge. Shame on them

* Update*

A very polite gentleman emailed me over the weekend and is hoping to void the charge. It is through an independent company that the fines are dealt with and he is going to investigate. Very pleased with the quick response and has put me and my sister at ease.

Always park here to head into town, staff in the other end of the phone to advise if you've made a mistake with the machine or if you need to extend your ticket. Always a space free and with CCTV I'm comfortable leaving my car there.
