However, I must admit I was slightly disappointed with the Americano I ordered. It had a watery consistency and lacked the robust coffee flavor I am accustomed to. Perhaps this was just an off day, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations.
Despite the mixed experience with the Americano, I still appreciate the great service and ambiance of Cafe Nero. It's a charming spot to enjoy a coffee and catch up with friends or simply take some time for yourself. I might give it another chance, hoping for a more satisfying coffee experience next time

For a decent cup of coffee, Nero coffeeshop is worth a visit.

.. I am also a special customer, why was I insulte…. In order not to lose us as customer… Please return the Filipino and African crew to the cafe

Staff are nice, interior i liked it almost same like amsterdam,
Well coffee dint give me wow feeling so was not so happy to visit.
Still will try again some other coffee.

Its located inside dalma mall. The interior is very unique.
I do recommend this place!
