Very poor experience in terms of quality and taste, we had bought black forest cake from this shop few days ago and this is the worst cake we had ,seem like this been baked long back. Its was hard and we could say if this was really a black forest .

There service seems very nice as well as their staffs handling the order. But the quality very bad.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Cake Gallery. Each time they were able to recreate the cake and design according to my needs. The cakes are amazing - light and fluffy and super fresh. They are able to fulfil my order in 24hours. VALUE for money and quality is amazing.
I will definitely be sharing with friends and family.

I gave them the picture of the cake my daughters have asked me to make for their birthday, and they did exactly the same and the taste was delicious and light.

Huge store for Cakes , Pastries and chocolates. They have a huge variety of cake available in stock for direct buying and also make to order accepted. 500gms Cake starts form only 45AED which was really very good in taste and quality considering the price tag. They even have many options for Arabic sweets. Parking easily available. Recommended????????.

Everytime when we have a birthday we are not worried about where to buy cake. Cake gallery is perfect place to buy cake.
They have all kinds of cake and what makes we become regular customer is the taste of the product.
Also, it's very cheap the price compare to the product quality

FIRST OF ALL IF YOU WANT TO CELEBERATE THE OCCASSION DONT CONT THEM!!
They will not give the answers for the questions we have on their menu tried to interact with them via WhatsApp always they reply late maybe that because of they are too busy. That will lead you to think that they will deliver your order ontime?. Still i made my mind and asked them to take my order they asked me how many kilos i need, i have replied them 1Kg, they dont want to taake my order anymore. No reply at all, good i found the other cakeshop nearby they took my order and delivered too.
VERY GOOD RESPONSE TOWARDS CUSTOMER KEEP IT UP!!1

Bought a red velvet cream cheese cake today and we specifically asked for cream cheese, but they gave with normal whipping cream... Was not tasty and when we called them, they are claiming that there is cheese inside... Not worth for what you pay...
