I ordered my sister graduation cake from Caka N More. It was a customized cake and 99% as the picture I sent them. Also, it was fresh and moist from inside. The price was so reasonable and affordable in comparison to other shops in town. They were very helpful and understandable in their service. I am a very picky person and I truly recommend this place based on my experience. You will never regret.

this is underrated Cake shop. It was my best Birthday cake. The taste is amazingly delicious.

Location is accessible, and they have great choices of cake.

If you love Egyptian Specialities in sweets,cakes,chocolates,fruitmixes,please visit this new shop in kalidiya ,Zayed first st.its clean and well managed ,without too crowded ,back road of building is Al Hamely road ,...enjoy Egyptian sweets,cakes,all the best .

How to grade them?
Very good is not enough
I wrote my review fairly as I faced issue in ore order to take sweets to family gathering.
The general manager called me and apologized re arrange all my requirements.
So after I get used to order for them. I can say good quality with good service in reasonable prices.
I recommend for every one.

I tried this place twice,
1- Lotus Ice Cream Cake, and it was LEGENDARY.
2- Gateaux Soiree, and it was very very good.

So expensive and bad taste cake. Instead of real chocolate they put coco custard and vanilla custard everywhere. My sons birthday has been badly affected due to their bad quality cake. Never ever recommend this shop.

I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years for a reason. They are by far the best in all aspects. From ordering to accommodating to respectful/polite (on phone and drivers) and even when it comes down to the rare cancellation! If u want a friendly, trust worthy and safe experience then albatross is the way to go. Thank you to everyone that works here that has made me feel this way over the years! Very professional and great customer service!

Driver was lovely but company as a whole, shocking. £40 for a 4ish mile journey is nothing short of disgusting. It was to Download Festival so I understand you are also paying for time, however the journey only took about 20 minutes. 20 quid would have been a fair price. Think a max fare should be in place but allow the meter to stay running in case they are shorter than anticipated. Won't be using again after this.

Hi I booked a pick up on line from royal derby hospital clearly stated Main entrance pick up I waited for taxi he said he was there I could not see him I tracked his car and his driving all the way round waiting time was added Apple Pay we agreed £5.80 total he then went the long way I said your going the long way he said this was better. Well I thought we agreed on £5.80 got there £7.80 was on meter I told him I paid online but I was charged meter price. I will advice people not to use service

My son has been using Albatross Cars for the past 2 years. Its always punctual, immaculate vehicles in terms of cleansiness & the driver customer service is above & beyond. My son feels very safe in an Albatross vehicle which provides me with peace of mind.

Worse company to get a taxi from. The driver didn’t know where he was going. Having a loud conversation on his phone so rude. Started fare at £6 odd. Said because we got a dog which we didn’t . Then said we rude saying we won’t be using this firm again. Never had such a rude driver. Will never use this company again

Have used Albatross cars regularly and the drivers are really great. The office not so much. They have my name, address and phone number. I booked to go from Derby to Nottingham hospital. Arranged when booking to pay cash, driver said to call 30mins before pick up to arrange return trip. On trying to arrange return they refused to come and get me unless I paid in advance. I don't have the facility to do this. Completely understand if I'd never used the service or if they'd not collected me from the address I wanted to return to, OR if they'd not actaully dropped me off at that location 10 hours earlier. Was stranded and then had to sort out another service to get home after an extremely upsetting day in hospital. VERY POOR AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AGAIN

I’ve been using this taxi service for years but over the last few months the service has been absolutely awful I’ve had rude taxi drivers and the staff on the phone have been even worse but what has really ensured I will never use this taxi service again is the wait time they now add to every trip the drivers falsely claim they have arrived at your pick up point when they have not so you are charged extra it’s happened to me multiple times and every time I challenge the driver about it they act oblivious like it’s the fault of the taxi company it’s self either way it is wrong! In a cost of living crisis why are you ripping people off it ranges in price every time so keep your eyes out if you use this service regularly and check your emails to see how much they’ve decided to charge you if you want to query it like myself

Their taxi drivers are super kind and take great care in driving their customers. Lots of people should use Albatross Cars because of their lovely staff! I would rate more if I could. I want to say a whole lot more but this box is too small.
