The building could be a jewel, given the position...the gym is an empty room, the swimming pool has no sunbeds. Outside is like a war zone, dirty and abandoned. Parking is like the far west with people occupying other's tenant's place. Complains are useless: in one year nothing happened.Sure for the same price a better option can be found.

The area is full of constructions and the pathway into the building isn’t paved so you have to walk thro sand and rocks to enter the building

Underground parking is terrible. Building security doesn't maintain parking discipline
