The center is still trying to evolve with full potential. But a good attractiveness exist with varieties of materials and facilities

First time i visited this mall. The mall is not crowded. however most of the retail and outlet under maintenance. I am surprised to know unfortunately in this mall no WiFi at all. Staff are co operative. I love the Lulu shopping mart. Lulu Operating in multiple floor and made it widely available.

Suggestion :- my humble request to the management kindly install Wi-Fi.

Very big and spacious mall but very less occupancy. Lots of brand should come in to attract more people. There is huge scope for this. Very less options to eat as well. All in all many other shops should come to take it forward

Feels dark and boring , lots of space since it seems half full . Maybe it Will be nicer later on . Many people from the area are here to enjoy some cold air and let the kids roam around a bit . All looks like outdated , but there is a lulu and soon it says a McDonald’s . There is also a shop selling copied clothes for 10 aed each . It says Chinese , what that means is unclear .

The mall is newly established/opened with much to be improved within it. On the ground floor, you can only find a superstore, a pharmacy, a small sports equipments store, a jewellery shop and a coffee bar and that's pretty much it. Also, there's not much but a superstore of cloths, home appliances and electronics as well as a snooker club and only two fast food shops with limited options on their menus. The place needs much to be brought in it for more convenience of the people.

Visited Saturday afternoon. Limited range of food outlets, mostly homewares and textiles. There were interesting metal sculptures dotted around the mall which I liked.

The concept of having mid range mall that is based on Chinese products in Abu Dhabi is promising , although we still to see something like dragon mall in Dubai,

I could not say that I was impressed, however I was not disappointed too.

I would suggest if you found your self near by and you had the time in your hand, pay it a visit
