Cannot rely on this bus service. Very poor. Constantly cancels buses and makes it very difficult to get to work and home.

Absolutely atrocious, went for the 6.30 bus from Caerphilly to penyrheol and still nothing at 7.05. There was a bus parked in the penyrheol bus stop, so where was the driver that left it there. Absolute disgrace, the government want us to use public transport to keep cars of the road, so where is the incentive?????????

The local bus services from Caerffili bus station are becoming unfit for purpose, services running late or cancelled regularly especially B and C buses,to the point that if you have an appointment you can't rely on the bus to get you there in a timely manner

Absolutely awful service. Always wondering if my morning service from Graig Y Rhacca will turn up or not so I can get my train to work, then coming home in the evening, seeing Graig Y Rhacca buses parked up at the station and no drivers for them whilst other services are leaving on time. Like today 9/11/21 three Graig Y Rhacca buses parked up in a row, and not one with a driver

Regular user in the Caerphilly area.

Buses are satisfactory in standard. You can use contactless for your debit card which is great if they’re low on change (which they always seem to be). Prices are a bit high considering, but they’re still 20p cheaper than Harris coaches on the same routes.

The standard of drivers has increased in the last year or so. Younger, more vibrant people have been employed by them and their customer service is now great. You used to get nothing but old grumpy men before.

Only major con are the buses are consistently around 4-6 minutes late so a review on the timetables is needed. The timescales are just slightly optimistic.

You think this pandemic over in caerphilly omg over 1500 cases of covid yet stage coach cram tge coaches with ppl standing . Hardly any wearing mask and no one using hand sanitizer. I reporting to caerphilly council transport team. Had enough they no set time and no care for passangers
