Excellent customer service and professional attitude from the team there. Haris has been my contact since 2013 and honestly he's the best store manager. Their work is professional and they give world class warranty terms on tinting, replacement with no questions asked. The team is very polite and pleasant, and I highly recommend dealing with Car Clinic. Ask for Haris and tell him that I sent you, he'll take care of you with pricing. Easy 5 star rating.

Dealt with this business in home car cleaning. Bought a package from them. The first time they cleaned my car it was it top shape. Second time they cleaned my car they finished within a span of less than 30 mins!! Unlike the first time they haven’t detailed my car as my money’s worth!! I paid for a service and i felt like i got a normal car wash instead of what i paid for. Third time (last car wash on my package) and i feel like its hard reaching out to them to clean my car. They are not time efficient. They give excuses.

Honestly once my package is done i will no longer deal with this home car cleaning company.

Ps: aside from the bad review. Their prices are affordable but service wise is not that great.

Since 2015 i never visited any other centers. Honestly they are the best in town. Specially in window tinting lasts 7+ years and looks as new.. and lifetime warrenty.
Fully recommended

They did my car window tinting. The staff deserve high five for the quality of work. The manager is so helpful, he even polished my other car's faded headlights for free. Respect for the whole team.

I paid 3000 aed for windows tinting and ceramic coating. The windows tinting was fine but it didn’t last for long. However, the ceramic coating was a disaster, they applied the coating over dirty service and when I pointed that to them they started giving lame excuses. They refused to do anything and it was a waste of money. Bad customer service and work.

The lads couldn’t have been more helpful, I got some instant fixes and have been booked in for a little more work next week. My partner is now considering buying a new bike! Cramlington, Mark and a young lad with dark hair, didn’t catch his name. Both lovely and very informative. X

Booked in a same day battery change, job was complete efficiently and also sorted some well needed oil and coolant. As far as customer service goes, Anth couldn’t have done anything more for me. Cheers

I was really delighted with the service I received at your Cramlington store. Your assistant helped me with the best choice of Sat Nav and also helped me when I had problems getting it plugged in! He also fitted a new windscreen wiper blade which was a great help to me. Full marks for service which was much appreciated. Thank you!!

Never known anything like it, told me they couldn’t sell me roof rack as it wouldn’t fit my car, despite being billed as universal! Came home to read forums for my vehicle and kel supreze! Many fellow owners bought their roof rack at Halfords, it would seem the computer said no, staff need to get some independent knowledge!!!! Anyway happy days bought one from Euro Parts half the price and no grief!!!

It's great to have somewhere to go, where you have complete trust. The staff always go above and beyond. Huge thanks today to the young lad that sorted my driving light, it wasn't a straight forward bulb swop, but got to the bottom of the problem, and fixed it. Huge thanks.
