My package came all the way from Canada to the UK and it arrived empty!!!! Also, the customs seal was broken! Why??! This envelope had very important documents and seeing an empty package at my apartment traumatised me.
I had to go to the FedEx Station and they found my documents on the floor of the warehouse!!! How did that happen?? Who at the FedEx office, carefully used a blade to tear the seal of my package??? What did they think they would find?!
I WILL NEVER EVER USE FEDEX AGAIN!

I missed a delivery so came to the depot to collect. The staff encountered couldn’t have been any more helpful!

The item was large and a tight fit for the car, so we took it out of the box. The staff offered to bin the box for us which was a massive help.

Excellent service from everyone involved, couldn’t have asked for more.

Super fast service. Very well managed staff even humorous. And as for the service I received super fast, good communication and tracked all the way to Africa!

Been told my package has been delivered, to a name that doesn’t live on the street, and it was to the receptionist of my house?? When trying to contact by phone I keep getting an automated service telling me that the package has been delivered and signed for! Can’t speak to a customer service representative as the even the automated service hung up! Not a great service. No idea where this parcel is or who has it.

Not a lot to say parcel delivery firm could have had five stars unfortunately I worked 1 day and we'll let them down a bit as did not know round I was placed on. Given more time like a week then they would be back to five stars

A delivery of twelve bottles of wine from France apparently got as far as Durham when it was damaged. At first I was told that one bottle was broken and it was being re-packaged and it would be delivered the next day. I was informed that I would just have to drink eleven rather than twelve. Next day nothing arrived. Nor the next day. Nor the day after that. A week later there was a phone message that the driver could not find me, so I went and got him. The delivery now consisted of five bottles loosely stuffed in half of a copy-paper box.
So how do I view TNT Durham? Absolutely awful.

Don't believe a word these say was in all day and they've turned around and said I missed delivery it's rather funny as they checked my parcel back in the depot at 37 minutes after they so called tried to deliver but its an hour and 30 minute drive from mine to the depot full of lies and have no care for people's belongings

Absolutely awful service. Driver didn't even wait for me to get to the door before posting a 'could not deliver' card. No attempt to leave with neighbour. Impossible to contact service centre.
