The worst Caribou Staff I ever met named Maddie. She is so rude, unprofessional, using phone while talking to customer and unapproachable.
I only drink coffee from Caribou because it’s my favorite but if your staff have this attitude, it’s not worth it.
I lost my appetite and excitement having your coffee because of her.
Worst is not enough word for customers service!
