It was a mess at the cashiers , then the attitude in talking & handling my items by the cashier lady wasn't better! Overall turned to be totally unpleasant place to shop in addition to the brilliant offers like one piece detergent 9aed then the offer was 2 pieces by 18.50aed!!!
Only the closer distance made me shop there at times like today:( otherwise better alternative with lower prices to go !

Not a bad branch, the pharmacy in the middle is definitely an advantage. But they also have some disadvantages like…. Sometimes it’s hard to find some specific items, and most of the times half of the cashiers are closed so you’d have to wait for a really long time.

beat place for electronic items, dry fruits, cosmetics, however vegetables are costly. after sales service is poor. managers don't speak English well and don't entertain well to issues. they mainly focus to local people only. few items are on great discount. limited staff is unable to entertain you well.

Frequent and interesting offers on about everything. Can be very crowded in weekends. Friendly staff. Let u deliver ur items home free if above 400 dirhams. Cashier ladies are fast and friendly.

I have been here on April 14, 22, and I had kinda good assistance from a gentleman (forgot his name) who helped me to better choose the electrical items.
anyway, before I start to buying the items I told them my only condition, Items must be delivered maximum by the April 16, otherwise I won’t buy them. They gave me their words to deliver on April 16, 22.
Unfortunately, they haven’t delivered the items until today, and the worst part is the lousy costumer service, who did nothing but promising me to solve the issue without any follow up action, the worse part they sent me messages saying that the issue has been resolved!!! So pathetic, so far, all what I get from them is nothing!
The service overall evaluation, worse than the worse.

Great Village Surgery, have always delivered great medical care and service to my family. Called yesterday at 5.20pm with a cut finger, quick stitch up and home by 6pm. Saved a long wait at A&E.
