Worst Experience with Centre point. I had purchased one pair of Lee Cooper shoe from the store, within 3 weeks it got broked. When I spoke with customer centre there responses was disappointing one. The worst experience ever I came across. I will not recommend this shop for any purchase. We are going to purchase there to buy some good quality materials but this is totally disappointing.

It has the best collection in RAK... You lay your eyes on anything here and you will buy it... It tempts you into buying...!!!
Specially during Ramadan with great deals and offers.

One of the only two Centerpoints in ras-al-khaimah. Smaller compared to the other, but packed with all necessities ranging from splash, baby shop, shoemart and lifestyle. Collection are slightly less compared to the other branches. Parking can be an issues especially during peak times.

Very pleasant experience. I had an issue with my baby car seat and the vendors helped to find what was wrong with it and fix it. Thanks again to them!

Very bad behaviour with the customer…. I left my car key in the changing room.. I know it was my mistake… but when I reached there in the changing the keys were not there… I asked the sales guy about the keys … he answered me rudely that he dont know… I then asked him to check the clothes which were kept in the changing room which he brought outside in the trolley .. he answered me very rudely that if he found the keys there he will pay me Dhs:500… as if we are beggers…. Very unprofessional and illiterate staff… Unfortunetely the other sales guy found the keys between those clothes…. I will say very very unprofessional staff … no atticates to talk to a customer… very BAD….

I had a bad experience in Centrepoint bin daher Centre Ras Al Khaimah.They had a rude behavior when I said I came to collect the dress that I purchased through online. The cashier Mr.AHMED asked me to move to the side when I said I came to collect my online order. I don’t expect such a behavior from a reputed company like Centrepoint in UAE.this kind of staff will spoil the name of the firm.Respect the customers..
