The store includes many shops such as babyshop and lifestyle. The prices are mostly cheap.
There is SHUKRAN card to get points when you buy.

The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Waited for my package. Tracking system doesn't work. On the expected delivery date I was never contacted but received a message saying "Customer no response." On the second day again I was not contacted but received a 'Order rejected by customer', which is impossible. I have complained for days via email and their WhatsApp service. The agents make promises to contact me and have not done so. Don't order from here!!

I was assisted by an energetic staff malluma, she was under cosmetic section. So gracefully and with lot of patience she helped me to find the right product. 5 star for her customer service.
