The staff working there they are taking different prices and higher than the other branches and when we ask they said all branches have different prices when i called the customer service they said no its all the same price also the mushrif mall branch is dirty ..and they have 2 different kind of menus both different prices and the staff working there is rude

Always having problems with this branch, last one? They refused to redeem my feedback voucher, something that I always do with other branches, they invented a term & condition that is not even written within the bill, and when I asked them to show it to me, they couldn't, and said "this is what we have been instructed" . I love charleys food, but this branch? Sigh

I ordered one of their bestseller subs, but it was quite average. The meat and cheese wasn’t so fresh. Everything is overpriced. Their flavored lemonades are good.

this place took 2 hours to deliver the food
the food came really cold
it was inedible
the call center for delivery kept bouncing us from one branch to the other
it was a horrible experience overall
