Newly opened Chatime branch in Forsan Central Mall on the First floor. I ordered the Classic Brown Sugar Pearl Bubble tea. Now they have an option how sweet you want your drink which is good. Small seating area inside the cafe.
Friendly and polite staff.
Mall parking is available.
Wheelchair accessible.

Got my normal order. Pearl milk tea no sugar normal ice. I tried it in the shop and told the worker that it doesn't taste the same. I said it tasted off he said no it's normal. Well it's not. That is not how it should taste. Waste of my money today. Should offer a refund. I couldn't drink it and it would have been nice if he checked that it indeed was off. The Pearls were definitely not the same taste and the tea wasn't the same either. I get my chatime from Yas Mall and the city too and both are consistent. This branch wasn't good and tasted off. Management should look into it. A classic item should taste the same in all branches. Taste Yas mall Pearl milk tea next tobthe Alforsan mall one and tell me Alforsan isn't off! I'm sorry but I hate wasting my money and that was a drink I was looking forward to gone to the bin!

Now 1 star rating for ignoring my 2 emails I've sent.

Amazing experience everytime went to buy the staff are very much warm and kind the place is absolutely beautiful and clean and all the flavor are so yummy ???? and they make sure that my order is well nicely prepared ☺️specially thanks to miss amira , Julio's and sam

This branch is liars because I ordered bubble tea, two hours ago and the order did not reach me, and this often happens to me. I do not trust them at all

Poor customer service. I am a big fan of the Chatime franchise, having visited many other outlets in the UAE, Canada and globally. So I was really excited about one opening in Forsan Central Mall. Unfortunately when my first order was not made in line with my request (Zero sugar/less sweet), there appeared to be no willingness to correct my order. Despite being very polite and the store having no other customers at the time,
the multiple staff working in the store did offer to remake an appropriate drink in line with what was ordered. So I left the drink with them and departed disappointed at the poor customer service, especially when the error was made on their side. It is highly unlikely that I will visit this branch again.

The are no words that can describe the passion you can find with every single cup prepared and served.. now with this branch I can say it's close enough to continue enjoying Chatime everyday ????

Their bubble tea is one of the best I've ever tested ????????????.The staff their are so welcoming and loving.Ghie was very helpful ❤️.
