As my first experience I’d give them more than 10 stars if it possible for the hospitality they gave it started when we came till we’re going, my kids already missed the place after 5 minutes, even I remember their names Aisha, Endro, Marry and Amin, but I have only 1 comment A/C need to be fix cause it’s hot inside

Didnt like staff attitude at all. Was very rude. Also the food stuff was too expensive. A single popsicle was something around 22 plus aed

This is one of the best play areas for the kids. Especially in the soft play areas. The staff is really friendly to the children. They definitely know how to do their Jobs.
My bubs enjoyed this play area so much & they loved the dance time! ????

I enjoyed coming here with my 11 month baby. There is a nice soft play area. I just wish the rules were imposed on the adults (like sock wearing) and not allowing big children to come into the soft area. One child jumped into the ball pen and almost hit my baby. It would be nice if there was staff monitoring the areas. I came in two days in a row and didn’t see one staff in soft play area.

Place seems to be good for my 18months, However the restroom needs much attention.. Extremely unhygienic , humid, smelly and water all over.
Even 2star for the Air condition all over the surroundings… it’s a kid’s place these basic things to be checked regularly and to be kept on priority.

Good play area. Completely ridiculous policy of having a discount on twins only. Despite having taken my two children there I wasn't entitled to a discount because they weren't born on the same day! Discrimatory towards families.

The place is very nice, but the problem with AC its very hot inside not suitable at all for the kids and a lot of flays.
Hope to fix that issue as soon as possible

My children favourite place!! They love spend more time there , but the problem is the ACE it’s too hot the kids are wet like they play outside!
I hope they fix it soon ????
