I chose this restaurant cause they always make good birthday celebrations!!!however this time they upset me and my son !!!! They bring the cake along with song only and one waitress alone !! Not like before …it was sad celebrations and I will not come to this sad branch !!! When I complained they said less staff we cannot !!! Also the cake was bad !!! The best seller one molten cake it was too much sticky!!! Overcooked !!! I was surprised we paid 50 for bad cake !!!! I don’t recommend this branch at all !!!! Try other

Why chilis trying so hard to go down in quality …. Even the chips which was Yammy and crispy now become thick and cheep quality because one guy in purchasing decided to cut cost. What a shame

Best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. Excellent staff in Deerfield’s Chili’s especially Gita, provided us with a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

I want to alert you to a recent experience we had at this branche. We were about to use our Entertainer app for a discount when the manager became very rude and said he didn't care about the terms and conditions of the app. He then said we can use it only for small orders which is not true !!! As it is for mean course meal but what make it worst his behavior was completely unacceptable.

We want to make sure that all other customers don't have the same experience, so we strongly recommend avoiding this branch.

Takeaway Order for dinner.

Margarita Grilled Chicken - Boneless piece of chicken topped with salsa, served with rice.
It was supposed to have black beans but they didn’t have any so gave me one more rice instead. Should have offered wedges or fries.
Meal didn’t come with soft drink.

Chili’s Chilli Burger - Beef burger with lots of filling almost falling apart. Beef was juicy and well cooked. Served with French fries but no soft drink.

Delivery on time
Staff called and informed me about the missing item which was good of them to do so, instead of being surprised why they didn’t complete the order.
Good customer service
Friendly and polite driver

Not ok because the best seller beef is not availble which is the main reason why we went there. Food is good, but i suggestyou call them first if the menu is all available specially when you have specific preferrence.

Not like before!!!! Sad celebration for my son !!!! The worst one …I waste my money in this restaurant…the cake was overcooked and sticky!!!! Never come bad and not recommended at all
