While their food is great and I have ordered multiple times, the service is pretty sad. I had to cancel an order as they couldn’t deliver for more than 100 minutes about 2 months back, I’m still waiting for the refund. Have made multiple calls and everytime the customer service says that they will escalate it to their bosses. No response from them. Absolutely poor customer service experience from their call Center.

NOT ORIGINAL
Khalifa city branch isn't serving complete amount of food. Yesterday had same order from Dubai & it was almost double than khalifa city branch.
Even the serving bag IS NOT original
If you have experienced Dubai branch then this khalifa city branch is NOT RECOMMENDED

I'm sorry to say that i was horribly disappointed with what I received when I orderd food from chin chin, operation wise they are the best in viving you all the attention you need and all the kind and lovely words you want to hear but on execution wise in the kitchen, they are terrible.

Ordered twice and both times the beef was rubber chewy, complained on that regard and same thing happened again, special notes and requests are not considered in regards of spicy food check even though i called the call center and made sure tge note was taken and the chef of the branch called me to assure that my request will be done as required but received tge extreme opposite.

Burnt up chicken cuts so badky they are hard to bite in, no seasoning at all on all the food.

Big big big disappointment.

Reading the reviews I thought of trying this place out. I ordered the set meal for 1. The sweet n sour chicken was disappointing. The veg noodles were average and the crispy chicken was mediocre. I don’t think I will be ordering from here in the future. Waste of my money!!!

Very famous chain of restaurants Chin Chin, never fails to fulfill the expectations with their mouth watering Chinese dishes. No matter which branch u buy, it all taste the same. This place doesn't have dine-in option but can use the extra chairs in the first floor food court.

Chin Chin is great. They have a vegan and vegetarian friendly option. In addition they do have an Indo-Chinese combination and have got great taste. Price point isn’t bad either.

You can do a takeaway and eat it in the food court upstairs in the mall.

Today we ordered Special Set menu for 3. It was super fresh & hot, v good portion size, v tasty and reasonably priced!
