Well-managed supermarket with a good reputation in the area. The facility offers almost everything from groceries and households. I like the most there customer service and hospitality. Also, this branch in particular offers a section for non-muslims. As well it’s usually not crowded and easily accessible so overall a good shopping experience.

Prices very high comparing lulu hyper market, nesto, need to Price little down, otherwise normal people how take goods????

They are really expensive especially with their Filipino product! Like guys, you have to check other big supermarkets like Lulu and carrefour, even Baqala is lot cheaper than you. Like for example the sukang Pinukarat is 8 dhs in Baqala while with you it’s around 12 dhs. The datu puti spice vinegar, it’s between 8dhs to 10dhs in other supermarkets but with you it’s 16.75 dhs! The heck, price is double! You have to go around and check your competitors sometimes????

Good for the quick shopping, open 24hrs, paid parking area, good for nearby residents, area is little bit busy in the evening, better to shop in the morning or late night

We were a bit disappointed tonight. We bought meat from choitrams and we left them at the baggage counter since we still need to buy some items. We just paid for our addtitional purchase and we spent maybe like 5 minutes in doing that and when we came back to the counter to collect the meat, it was not there anymore. Somebody might have mistakenly taken it, we dont know. Good thing the staff was able to sort things out. We werent able to get our meat back but the staff was able to replace it.

I would like to address my concern regarding one customer service or I think he's a manager (as the kabayan cashier calls him Sir) in your branch here in Al ain Choitrams supermarket. He's coughing too much in front of the customers in the counter and he's not even 1 meter towards my face without putting his face mask and then touching my items with his hands that was eventually he used to cover on his mouth while he is coughing. i am a medical staff and i know that all establishment have the circular memorandum regarding the precautions for the Covid. Hope you'll do something for this as I am so disappointed. Thank you and have a good day.
