Rang for a taxi and i got a phone call to say its outside and i went outside and it wasn’t there so when i rang them back they said the driver said i wasn’t there and that they put him on a different job so i asked to get me a different taxi and i waited outside for 30 minutes in the pouring rain and rang again to them to say its the same taxi driver and that he will be there in 2 minutes. Did they not have any other taxis available. Was a loyal customer but will never use them again as this was not the first time it’s happened

I found the taxi driver that was in taxi P0480 very unprofessional my mum had ordered the taxi to take her to bargain booze on oldham road and when he turned up at her house on Balderstone road as myself and my mum who is a very loyal customer entered the taxi the driver was on his handsfree talking to someone on his phone this on its own is not right or professional when my mum told him to take her to bargain booze he had to be told twice and he was on his phone most of the way there, he kept taking one hand of the steering wheel, when he came off his phone he had to be reminded where he was going, my mum asked him to wait so he could return us back to balderstone road, as we was walking back he had parked a fair distance away from bargain booze which meant my mum who is not steady on her feet had to walk a fair distance, when the driver had noticed that my mum was struggling he reversed down the street he was parked on, the street was very narrow meaning that while he was reversing if he was going any faster he would of clipped myself and my mum, he then decided to bring us back to balderstone road the long way round instead of going straight up oldham Road and turning onto balderstone road he went around via great gates road myself and my mum felt very uncomfortable in his taxi

just got repeatedly hung up on for trying to order a taxi. tried 3 times and on third decided to answer phone, ignore me then just hang up. guess business is to good.
