Very good hotel for the price, we got upgraded to a really spacious room. Service is great, reception is helpful and there is also valet parking included. Recommend. Housekeeping is very good specially Mr bensi and his team

Very good hotel for the price, we got upgraded to a really spacious room. There could be some minor improvements made in the room (shower doors broken) and other small things. Service is great, reception is helpful and there is also valet parking included. Recommend!

Housekeeping at the hotel was impeccable! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff paid great attention to detail. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything felt fresh and inviting.

The hotel is very bad. They do not care about the cleanliness of the rooms, otherwise the sheets are changed, and the towels have a foul smell. I did not like the way of treatment since the first day. The room was not arranged upon receipt, and the beds were not arranged. My evaluation is that it does not deserve more than one star.
The hotel staff opened the room in the morning while I was still sleeping inside the room. The excuse is that they want us to check out at 8:30 in the morning without any call or warning. I am really upset because I was disappointed with them.

My experience was generally satisfactory. I found the rooms to be acceptable for the fair price I paid. The staff at the hotel were particularly welcoming, which made my stay more comfortable. The breakfast provided was fair, although it wasn't anything special. Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option with a friendly atmosphere.

Great service. No complains. House keeping staff very friendly and effective (Dawit & Rose) further more rooms are clean and tidy.

Great hotel with great service. The front desk staff, particularly Ms Elizabeth & Mr. Aloke is very friendly and resourceful. I would recommend it to any happy traveler.

Very nice 4 stars hotel, friendly staffs, clean rooms, good & spacious rooms, fantastic location , nice food, soo awesome and do not forgot to chill out with chilled.I like to thanks room cleaning vamsi is excellent work
