okay to be real the staff are friendly. But in my experience i had 4 blow dries here and the equipment is alway dirty there’s hair on the brushes, the hair wash station doesn’t get sanitized between customers, and nothing being used is clean, that is other than the fact that they keep burning my scalp every two seconds.
My second experience is waxing i did it twice, she finishes real fast but is also very unsanitary, she was blowing at the wax before applying it on my skin??? . She also left my skin with a lot of scabs and burns, she pulls it away too fast which makes it even more painful.
In general i wouldn’t recommend coming here the entrance is full of sand and nothing in the salon looks organized, i’m not saying this to make a business fail. But the reason this place will not work out is because, they’re unsanitary or clean or organized, they don’t even wear masks, and also because they’re unprofessional and untrained.

Fantastic experience! Very polite and clean team.
Mary and Rochelle make Fantastic nails!Good quality wax services.
Calm place, parking available near saloon. Very relaxing and professional.
They do have a dedicated space for each service.
Absolutely reccomendable!

The worst ever ,the salon not clean ,staff not trained ,I had 2 minor skin cut in each leg now.products very old so quality is poooooor,iam surprised they charged 75 AED for this trash service ,next to them super professional nails salon and the price is 85,???? lousy, ugly filthy place ,my last visit of course.,iam so upset with the result ,even the nail polish is not even ,,,,soooo disappointed.

The owner has an attitude that she can manage the customers in addition to her employees. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. They keep on being listed on groupon & when you go there, they'll tell you that the owner is no longer willing to deal with groupon.

Disgusting salon. Worst i have ever seen. They are dirty and the don’t clean the sink or sanitize the chairs between clients . The manager is very rude to the customers and she was yelling a the customers

I tried most of the services. Overall they are good and I'm happy. It's not crowded and staff are friendly. The owner is mostly there which is good she is really dedicated and very friendly ????

Ergomobility have fitted hoists for us on four occasions.

While trying to arrange an appointment can be very frustrating (we’ve always had to wait weeks) when the work is done everything is forgiven - their engineers are truly professional and clearly take a pride in their work. On this occasion Jason fitted the hoist perfectly showing his knowledge and skill and left everything nest and tidy.

I would like to thank Ergomobility very much, but a big thank you to Mark especially. He was very approachable and caring and took the time to understand what adjustments I needed. Mark also took the time to help me visualise the adaptions required by laying them out on the floor and explaining them to me. He is a credit to Ergomobility and himself. Thank you very Much Mark.

If you need adaptations, Ergomobility are definitely the company you want on the job! They have carried out works on my WAV on behalf of Motability for a number of years and today I was booked in to have the dock on my powerchair changed. This was arranged to be done at my home address so no need for me to travel which is always a good thing. Their engineer Mark arrived on time and got started straight away. It turned out to be a very long and challenging job due to the design of my powerchair but Mark took it all in his stride and remained professional, kind and courteous at all times. He definitely went above and beyond today, working non stop all day in very hot weather to resolve the issues and wouldn’t stop until he got it all working as it should. No corners were cut and nothing was bodged to get the job done quicker nor were any excuses made so he could leave. Mark’s passion and dedication to the job and his expertise shone through today. His workmanship and work ethics are truly outstanding and he is a definite credit to the Ergomobility team. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

I've just received my new WAV and the team at Ergomobility have been absolutely amazing. From start to finish they have been so helpful. I needed a few extra alterations to my vehicle and they arranged this very quickly and I am thrilled with my new van. Thanks so much to Mark and Tracey as they have gone above and beyond. we had the front seats on our new car raised today thanks to ergomobility and wow what a difference it has made for my wife who shall i say is vertically challenged lol.
Mark was the fitter and did a brilliant job!
we found it easy to speak and arrange the job and our needs with ergomobility
But the star is mark, extremely professional, polite and easy going, he made sure my wife was completely comfortable in the car and did a fantastic job, total credit to the company

Having the need to have a new scooter hoist fitted into my new ŠKODA, I contacted ERGOMOBILITY.

I felt really confident about asking them, as I have used them many times before and have always been pleased with their fitting of my adaptations.

As promised, on the day of fitting, I received a call from DAN the engineer, an hour before I was needed at the dealership. This allowed me to travel there in time for the new fitting of the lifting piece and the balancing of my mobility scooter. I arrived at the dealership and Dan came across from the workshop area and greeted me and my wife. He was most friendly, polite and courteous.

Dan took us to where my new vehicle was waiting and showed us the new hoist he had just finished installing. He showed us how the hoist worked and where the main on/off control was located.

Dan then started to fit my new Smart Scooter Seat from Autochair. This newly designed seat is a blessing as it is very easy for my wife to dismantle and allows us to get my mobility scooter into a Skods Kodiaq with ease.

This was the first time Dan had fitted one of these new seats. However he completed the job very professionally explaining what he was doing, and then adjusting the hoist to balance my scooter as it lifted for loading.

I would, from my experiences with ERGOMOBILITY, certainly recommend them. From my initial calls to their office, the subsequent calls I made to confirm certain details and my experiences of their staff and engineers I have always received great help and polite service. I will for certainty be a returning customer when needed again.

Thank you ERGOMOBILITY, and thank you DAN for making what is a stressful time for me when changing vehicles, a very easy and pleasant experience.

I have been an Ergomobility customer for a number of years. They have fitted hoists to a few of my motability cars.
Last year (2022) they went out of their way to make bespoke adaptations to fit my powerchair, so that I could get it into my boot until I took on my new lease. They did numerous visits at my home and then my chair got taken to the workshop and they made the fittings it needed to keep me mobile.
It wasnt an easy task by any means and they really had to work hard to overcome my health challenges and the restrictions on the size of my powerchair and vehicle to make it work. But make it work they did! It has kept me mobile and independent for the last few months until my new car was ordered and I take delivery of it.
I am now looking forward to taking delivery of my first ever shiny new wheelchair accessible vehicle (wav) in a few weeks, and I know that they will be doing adaptations to that too.
I have no doubt that these adaptations will be carried out to the most professional standard, speedily and yet not compromised on quality in the adaptations.
Every team member I have met, and I have met a few! From Tracy in the reception, to Dave and Matt and Mark and many others, each one is as friendly and helpful as the next, but most of all, each one does their very best to do what is best for you, to help you live as independently as possible, whatever your health condition.
I often have random strangers ask me about my hoist, and I constantly refer them to Ergomobility and hand over their phone number. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.
I can't wait to go through the process of having my new wav converted with them and seeing them watch me drive away in it. It will be a joyous moment for both them and me. They know how much I have needed it! See you in a few weeks' time, folks!

I Would like to thank all the staff of Ergo Mobility for their excellent communications, care and consideration in installing my wheelchair hoist literally the day before Christmas eve. The fitter on this very cold evening did an excellent and tidy job and helped me to have my independence again. Thank you all.
Also a big thanks to the Motorbility Charity for their funding.
