Costa Coffee Al Zahiyah.

Driving by this area and noticed that Costa Coffee has reopened. I went inside. The lady took my temperature before I could order any coffee. Ordered the Cappuccino and Cortado.

Barista audrey is very accomodating and friendly. She also customized our drinks to our preferences. :)

What an a real test of coffee with best service.Having coffee with unique design on it.Staffs are good on communication and specifically this branch is so quit.

The smell of this small shop of Costa is really unpleasent and made me didnot enjoy my coffee
At ,and i will nvr come back the smell looks like expired milk when u keep it in ur cup for long time,
Also the food in their fridge doesnt look fresh.
I hope any of their managers to have a look on it.

I went to this coffee shop many times during Ramadan and we never had any problems as the coffee shop was suitably partitioned off. But today we went during lunch time and were told by the new staff member that eating inside was not allowed. This in spite off eating there earlier on the same day and two other people openly having beverages inside the shop. I found this unprofessional and hard to believe and would like to understand why good, paying customers are treated so blatantly bad. Other staff before most definitely did not treat us like this but today’s experience will certainly make me think twice before returning
