Costa at Al Ain Mall is a convenient option for coffee lovers. I do appreciate the taste of coffee they still serve as well there reward application is generous. The service is satisfactory, and the coffee quality is consistent. However, due to its exclusivity, the seating area is old and getting uncomfortable.

Costa Coffee is used to be good in the past but not anymore. Their quality has become very mysterious and doubtable. Also their prices have been increased dramatically and unjustifiably. I used to be a big fan of Costa but not anymore. I’m sure many people felt the same. This is in general for Costa and not for a specific branch

My number 1 coffee shop, but unfortunately I rate it 3/5, because their coffee quality is getting lower, not only coffe also the hot chocolate... I've tried 3 times from different branches after I got bad quality hot chocolate and I communicated with them on Instagram, but nothing change ????

Is costa coffee still available in Al Ain Mall?.It’s not available in Oman. Next weekend my plan is to visit Al Ain and the first stop for coffee in costa coffee.
