Was very nice. The food was great. We were a part of 4. I also loved the variety of deserts. Will definitely go again before I return to Cape Town.

Very nice ice spanish latte (£4.85).
Perfect location to have a coffee beside the beach.

It’s not my favorite coffee, but I still come here especially in mornings. Peaceful and good service. Sea view has given it a different taste. Go for it.
Mostly crowded at evenings.

I am sharing my experience from several times I went to Costa cafe in Al Muneera as a resident.
Saturday, 21st around 4pm the staff and the person in charge refused to make for me an americano coffee with sugar free cream on top, saying he couldn't make it but only with sugar. Really disappointed I left without any drink because I knew that was not the case as other Costa cafes make it and specifically the one I am a regular customer in Zayed Sports city, has a lovely lady Jennifer, very professional, always with a positive smile and good manners, makes it for me without any problem and I pay whatever she asks me.

Service at costa Al Muneera is becoming worse than ever. The baristas don't know what items they have or not. No smile, no politeness, no costumer service whatsoever. They are showing lack of consideration to the costumers /residents from this community.

Suggestion to the management :
Please replace the present staff with others with more consideration and respect for the costumers /residents.

Staff ok, doing your job politely. An ingredient was not available for my order, iced caramel macchiato. The muffin was made in another day but well conservative. Needs an improvement... Like some deals to be more attractive.

I love to come sit here and read. Cappuccino with coconut milk is delicious and also I recommend caramel shortbread, it’s not as sweet as at the other places I’ve tried it, it’s perfect.
