So I am a regular customer at costa zayed sport city I come today 10 am I have free drink from the app and this lady didn’t want to add to my free drink whipping chocolate cream and she didn’t want to change the milk to almond , it she has an attitude problem and keep telling me for changing the milk I have to buy extra for one full year I haven’t came across this attitude and unprofessional customer service from costa and she ruin my day

Having my coffee here early mornings after workout. Sara is an absolute sunshine with endless smile in her face, super attentive, friendly and kind, making your day happy since early morning. Great asset to your company.

I was there around 7 pm on Thursday. The barista was alone and busy, but she was so courteous and helpful.

I had to wait 5 minutes for the waiter. Decided to go and check: was seating in the backroom. And no decaf coffee left at 08.00am in thd morning.
