One of the most annoying thing was the AC that was very loud and you cannot adjust the temperature that's comfortable for you. So it was either very cold or warm and humid. The second thing is the so dirty windows that you cannot do anything about. When we asked when we will get them washed they promised it will be but in a year it didn't happen. Fire alarm is all the time switching on. We were waiting for 8 months to get one switch replaced, thank God we didn't have other issues. At the end of our contract there were so many sneaky charges that made us even more disappointed and we are definitely not recommending this property

Some neighbours doesn’t take care of the property. You can see a picture of one terrace plenty of trash ….

Nice location, but very poor management. Been asking for lightbulbs replacement for two years, AC problems all the time set temperature is not reachable, the glass windows been dirty forever so it reduces the beautiful view value the maintenance is really bad. The finishing of the apartment is very low quality, no sound proof or heat proof windows, leakage in bathroom every two months, bad smell coming from drain all over the apartment, yellow water. Etc
For the price I paid im very disappointed and will likely not renew the lease.

Living with in the bounds of Crescent helps to calm down minds looking at best view of water bodies around plus the neighboring landing sites

Decent spot but poor quality apartments (gaps in windows) and even worse property management. Lots of trash, sneaky charges, and hard to get anything fixed. Please look elsewhere.

As a pupil, I go here SO often. It is really good for buying things you need: such as: tin opener, good drink, bath mat, ruby red lipstick. Would recommend. Have a good day

This is a shocking place. Never going there again. Never ever any tills open. Maybe one with long queues and madness at the self services. And it is now shocking with the staff, no customer services at all!!!! They all looked depressed and could not move any quicker ever for anyone.
Plus lift always broken.
It is now a dump

ABSOLUTELY JOKE!! I like to do my shop in peace and not have a shouting match with your staff about using self checkouts! I just want to pay for my shopping and come away as long as it payed for its doesn't matter what bloody till I use!! The staff that I used always charge me double on some items! Bloody fuming!!

Do not shop here if buying more than a handful of items. Only ever has 1 checkout open. Self scanning checkouts constantly error and you have to wait for staff to override it. Painful shopping experience. If you can’t be bothered hiring staff then make it like an Amazon supermarket where people can just grab what they need and walk out

Only if the parking facility can be improved in this store. As the parking is on the top and you have to take the elevator to the ground floor to get to the store not ideal when the elevator is packed up you end up taking the stairs with lots of shopping.

I had gone in to make use of the new Nectar prices but this is a store that doesn’t have any of the handsets so had to download the SmartShop app which is separate to the Nectar app. Store is fine, and has most of the stuff that a bigger store has so great for a supermarket in waking distances

On Saturday 10/06/23 I used Sainsbury’s’ “smart” shop (self scanning) only to discover that in spite of scanning everything meticulously the staff need to check and rescan everything (while you are standing there in shame) just to discover that actually everything was correct. Self check-up tills do not work properly either. A big waste of time and aggravation. Will not return.
