Love this little cafe located in Youth Hub.
Try their Rahash Latte, it’s a delicious latte with chocolate and halwa around the cup ????

Wonderful staff serving good coffee. Was here for their Barista intro classes as part of the AD loves coffee program. Thanks to Joey and Viola for providing such great knowledge.

Nice setting inside Abu Dhabi Youth Hub. Good but pricey coffee, very tasty pastries.

The customer service is amazing by all staff at the branch. I was helped earlier on today by a lovely lady named Iky. She was very quick, precise, informative and extremely friendly.

Constant problems with cash machines, you have to wait in line and put cash through the cash register. But your workers are really great! But do something from the ATM.

Have started using this branch as NatWest have now succeeded in closing branches in Market Harborough, Long Buckby, Kingsthorpe and Daventry - all of which were were more convenient for me.
Have had good, friendly service so far but negotiating Rugby's one-way traffic system is not a relaxing experience!

In the numerous times that I have visited this branch over the last 3 years or so, I've always found the staff to be helpful. The queue that stretches all the way to the side of the building outside is a bit problematic though.

Much better customer service than the HSBC branch just down the road, which I also have to visit sometimes.

25 minute wait outside the door when I went to pay in some money yesterday. Only one cashier at the desk, who disappeared for about ten minutes, leaving the person who she was serving waiting all that time. Only one other member of staff in the banking area, who spent about 40 minutes with one customer, mostly talking.
Unbelievably long wait to even get to the cashier once inside ( a further 15 minutes ).
What a dreadful experience. No wonder more & more people are using online banking.
This place should be shut down.

Wonder why they force people to deposit
cheque by ATM, although I gave her reason why I want to deposit it in counter. The
woman is straight person, not a customer orientated nor trained front staff. Poor impression.
