Absolute scumbags. Had a taxi booked for 7.40 on a sunday morning. They've cancelled at 8.05 via the app knowing full well nobody else would be able to cover the journey on short notice.
Spoke to them at 7.20 and 7.50 to make sure on track, they've just said taxi on the way. After cancelling they've just not picked up the phone, mistakes happen but to be too scared to pick up the phone and explain/apologise is a disgrace.

Made a booking via the Frankie's app early in the day i.e a good 5 hours prior. However 5 mins before the scheduled pick up time it was cancelled, without any explanation via the app. Rebooked via the app immediately and yet again within 10 mins the booking was cancelled. Called the local office and no explanation was forthcoming. Would not use again as obviously totally unreliable.

Taxis didn't turn up 30 min after booking time. Phoned operator several times about booking as was kept being told it was 5 minutes away. When pushed to give a location the operator told us where the taxis was. After deciding to drive so we didn't miss our show, we were on route to the venue and I got a text to say the taxis had been dispatched and the live location was no were near where operator said it was. Only gave 2 stars as my previous joinery with them I've found the driver to be very friendly. Won't be using again

I don't really know how to write this review as I had 2 different experiences. The first was a morning school run that started awful and luckily able to book a taxi quickly. After the driver not being able to find us for around 15 mins I couldn't have been happier that he was our driver. So kind, so friendly and honestly made my morning so much better than it started so genuinely thank you. The second was pre-booked through the app. I had a serious appointment I needed to get to and booked a taxi for 8.30 am it was freezing cold and the taxi was cancelled last minute that I wasn't aware of. I called the company and he said there aren't normally any taxis available till after 11 am in the mornings so I was completely let down and had to cancel that appointment due to not being able to get there.

Ok service….. late taxi by 15 minutes not a t peak time. Driver bad with local knowledge of destinations. Average service.

Very poor service. Taxi did not arrive to get me to my hospital appointment. No contact to let me know it had been cancelled.

Worst taxi service ever. I don’t recommend it at all. We had to wait 45 minutes in the cold (0 degrees outside). The phone operator got the wrong address and kept making false promises. The whole thing was ridiculous.
The good thing is the driver apologised (even if it wasn’t his fault) and was very nice.
Anyways, don’t use this company if you want to be on time!
