A Delightful Ramen Experience at " Daikan Restaurant.
Had the pleasure of dining with them last weekend and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The moment you step into the restaurant, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the perfect stage for the culinary journey you're about to embark on.

The star of the show was undoubtedly their very own Chef ramen special The broth was a masterpiece — rich, complex, and perfectly balanced. I could tell it had been simmered for hours, extracting every bit of flavor from the bones. It was creamy without being greasy, and the depth of flavor was something I've rarely experienced before.

The noodles were just as impressive, perfectly cooked with that ideal firmness that's so crucial in a good bowl of ramen. They absorbed just the right amount of broth, delivering that delicious flavor in every bite. The slice of meat was tender and succulent, and the marinated boiled egg, with its soft, runny yolk, added another layer of richness to the dish.

The variety of ramen on offer was impressive, from Shoyu to Miso, and they even had a spicy option for those who like a bit of heat. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who were knowledgeable and passionate about their offerings.

"The restaurant is a shining example of what a top-notch ramen restaurant should be. From the quality of the ingredients to the skill in preparation, every element comes together to create an unforgettable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning soon to try the rest of their menu. Five stars, highly recommended!

The food and service was excellent. I loved their kimchi and dumplings so much will definitely be coming again to try more dishes. Just the tables are not so comfortable they are all high chairs

I just had my very first ramen at this place, it was good and nevertheless, nothing to be excited about. Once you step in, the crew will greet you warmly, but I was expecting a very more relaxed dinner, and it wasn’t. It was too noisy for a Japanese restaurant, which is supposed to be a little quiet and chilled/relaxed ambiance. Busy restaurant such as this place is good business, but it was really noisy and the table we sat was uncomfortable. Me and my cousins have to literally shout just to hear each other and so as others. It was chaos to be honest. Should i come back? 95% might not and nothing i could boast about this place.

What a lovely experience! We are ramen lovers and quite picky when it comes to ramen. But their Chef’s Ramen and Spicy Miso Ramen were so good and flavorful. Authentic taste! We also loved their savory dishes and don’t get me started with their desserts. Super love! Price is reasonable as well. Oh, and did I mention the romantic feeling when you dine outdoor beside Yas Bay? Just perfect????

Ramen is great as usually, service was ok. I’m dining very often in Daikan in Dubai, so I should mention the taste of ramen is slightly different as well as the price.
For some reason food came before the drinks.
All the modifications were not properly executed.
And the service charge is not included in the price, it appeared additionally on the bill.
But overall is a nice place for lunch at the Yas Bay.

The place is so chill and such a vibe for everyone! But i would recommend going with friends. The ramen was really good but its creamier than expected would give it a 8/10 but the sushi was okay…6/10.
Waitress Noor was so lovely with great social skills! Definitely coming back to try other dishes!

I always come back to this restaurant because the food is delicious and the staff are so nice to us ! I love their ramen, the spicy edamame and the shiitake gyoza! Today i tried the passion fruit mojito- so refreshing ! Our friend has a gluten allergy and even though there wasnt much on the menu that she could have , the staff and chef tried their best to accommodated her needs. We definitely appreciated their honesty and effort. Shout out to Nur our server , so friendly ! And to Jonny the manager!

If I was able to put 10 starts, I certainly would have! I tried my first ramen in UAE here at Daikan and I fell in love, to an extent that I kept thinking about my Daikan visit for the next 2-3 weeks until I finally went back again for some more Ramen???????? I always go for the Chef’s Special so can’t tell anything about other options yet. It’s a great date spot in Yas Bay, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The only downside is that they don’t deliver ???? although it does say they do on google maps.
