Very bad experience in reimbursement claim. It has been more than 20 days still I haven't receive any penny. Several times I called and complaint but sofar no use. Claim status says "in progress " in web portal.
Also to speak with customer care agent ones has to struggle a lot with the system, it is very much complicated. Simply there should be one easy option to speak with customer care.

The mobile app is very bad, each time I want to complete the process it kick me out and I have to start over again. Even the website doesn't work efficiently while using it via mobile... really very bad experience and a waste of time just to finish easy and basic job such as renewing or creating new applications. Very old style and no help from Daman staff. I uploaded my IDs and they still saying that we missing these documents.

The HQ complete my request in 5 min. My issue was the call center didn’t support me at all and they kept telling you have to visit the HQ office which made me traveled from fuj to auh. My mother was in the hospital bleeding and the call center forced me to visit the HQ.

Simply no care nor customer service , they never call back or response to any concerns . Been chasing them for 4 weeks, specially Samer never attend to any concerns till I visited his office.

A very bad health insurance. Extremely slow with approval for medicine, multiple rejections and then eventually they accept it. Your company is going down the drain, just be clear about it.

With each passing day daman is getting a worse. I have an insurance with them for over 10 years now and every they are increasing their premiums but the service is getting worse. My son had a fracture and I am struggling to book an appointment. First they have issue with SKMC then they have issues with doctors in private hospitals. It’s like they are blocking certain doctors.

About six months and a lot of emails to get a refund claim for the medicine.
The end result for the third time was rejection.
At first, the reason was the age of the patient.
When sending all the medical reports, a new reason appeared that the pharmacy is not covered by the network.
Unprofessional staff.

Daman insurance is good covering most of the medical issues apart from 2things:
1. There nothing call customer service in Daman waste of time...
2. Medicine charges are bit high not covering the amount..
