Me and my husband had a worst experience buying our wedding ring in damas madinat zayed,first thing they put the wrong date(engraved) into mine/husband ring, we need to wait again 7 to 10 days to fix it,when we arrived there to pick it up the wedding ring of my husband instead of having the same color it became like just white gold,for the second time around they apologized,but the third time it’s unacceptable the same ring had a rose gold stain,we was really upset because we chose damas but they don’t value customer,first of all we wasted our time going back and fourth just to pick up the ring,we’ve waited almost 1 month for that ring,and all they can say is sorry.We will not trust and we will not buy anymore in your store because of what happen.
