Recently visited the newly opened day to day opposite royal gifts collection
The price is quite high for some items yet a huuuuge area for shopping everything under one roof
The handbags seemed costlier than the quality availed.
Napkins and other items were very cheap even utensils.
Would love to visit again. This is 3 storey day to day and hope you enjoy shopping here

Concept and materialization of the business idea is good! We are going to give you everything in a price lower than other hypermarkets, we make profit out of the bulk of business and you save some money as a byproduct! Good! I went in out of curiosity and bought a pair of walking shoes (made in china) for one third of the known brand's price. Quality is not bad at all, it will last more for the price paid! Worth a try. I heard from my friend that they bring in near expiry items and clear it because of price, I don't know how far it's true. We always have the option of checking before buying!

Welcome to Abu Dhabi. It's pleasant to have a favorite shopping destination from Dubai to come to Abu Dhabi. Good to enjoy the same pocket friendly shopping. The recent addition of food/vegetables and refrigerated items is an added value to the already valued shopping experience (Like a cherry on top). Happy to be a regular customer. Availability of a basement parking is a plus point for them in that crowded part of the capital, though they are not available during day time.

They stack the barbikan glass bottles in very unsafe way that one of the bottles fell and injured my feet. No one came to help and when i went to the manager and called him he did not reply and ran away to the second floor. So irresponsible and bad customer service i experienced

Will never use again. There drivers need some serious customer service training. Rude and ignorant. Took my money on the app then still made my son pay cash at the other end because we had to rebook within a few minutes of missing the first booking due to a mix up. All I got from their driver on the phone was him shouting speak to Blueline speak to Blueline. Horrid little man

We booked with blue line a week before. 5 minutes before the pick up we were advised no 6 seater taxis are available so they would need to send 2 taxis and charge us for both. They also couldn't tell us when the taxis would turn up. We were unfortunately left stranded by Blue line in a different city with no apology or explanation. Appaling service. Would not recommend unless you would like the risk of being left stranded.

Far too expensive, fare from town is usually 27 pound then went to 30. When we queried it with the driver he said it was weekend rates which is nonsense so we won't be using this company again.

Taxi service dispicable. Rang up to ask where taxi was and was told it had been cancelled. Said they called and left voice mail but absolute lies. Disgusting behaviour

Disgusting service. Cancelled our taxi that was booked for 1am didn’t inform us and left us stranded.

Awful experience with blueline will never use them again!!! Booked taxi Wednesday for Sat never turned up when rang kept saying no driver they cancelled taxi 40 mins later, we were then late for meal out, they then could not guarantee a pick up then rang hour lter than planned to say arrived, rude horrible people!!!! Do no use this firm!!!

Absolute shambles. Booked taxi well in advance, they text to say running late then nothing. We call them after 50 mins and they claim booking was fulfilled, going somewhere completely different. No taxi turned up. Didn’t care we were in the middle of nowhere with a 5 year old. Utter skum. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed. As a single person going to my first staff xmas night out in two years. I booked a return taxi from Chester-le-street to Gosforth well in advance. Only to be told at the expected time there would be 2 other trips before me. Ended up having to take my car or miss the meal. Don't take the booking if you can't honour it.
