You should respect your female customers by assigning a specific counter for ladies specially during holiday, peak hours and peak season. Specially today, there are too much people in the counter and men are just squeezing in even there are women lining up in front of them. Women felt uncomfortable. CHAOS inside. I told the Security but he said he cannot do anything.

Very Bad experience. They not provide good customer service. I have a doubt in the bill, I asked it, that doubt they made big issue. That cashier behave very rude and angry.

Good drivers have always been helpful to me, accept cards which is great, you get text alerts too so you know what is happening. Great service you can also track you taxi

I used this company today for the first time for an airport transfer and I was very pleased with the service. The driver was punctual and courteous and he drove very safely. The price was also competitive and the company has a good reputation in the area so I will certainly use them again in the future.

Fantastic company! We originally booked a taxi with Pratts (which they confirmed the booking TWICE) and they cancelled before 3 hours of the journey without any reason!

We rung up Lennys last minute and they were so understanding of our situation and even though it was a really busy night, they reassured us that they will be there to pick us up!

Our driver James was brilliant as well! Will definitely be using this company for all our trips in the future!

Very fair pricing, arriving on time. We were stuck at airport due to a long delay and this company went out of their way to get us home late at night at short notice.
