The location is Good in samha west , rent is fair , almost halfway between Dubai & Abu Dhabi cities , villas are neat , maintenance team is responsive , however the only con is lack of services nearby , pharmacy , supermarket , hospital ... Etc. You have to go to samha East for that kind of service which might be a long walk or you have to use car/transportation if needed to go to Shahama.

Other wise , i recommend it for companies staff or labor.
