Tried the Arctic chamber for 3 min at -110 degrees and as first visit got it for 200 dirhams, which is a 50% discount. The device can go to -140 degrees, and it closes completely as it mixes oxygen with nitrogen. They have many other devices.

Great staff, spotless clean place and awesome service. I went for a cryo facial with Monia. She is very sweet, gave me good advice on how to improve the efficiency of my treatment. highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back !

Just finished my first treatment. Amazing customer service. Had a facial that gave me back the glow I lost due to AC and bad skincare. I had Dora as a therapist. Recommend her for knowledge about skin and skincare but also about the treatments. If you need a rejuvenation and the feel like you are 21 again I recommend ????????

I have been going to Cryo at the Abu Dhabi Country Club for several years now. I have only ever had positive experiences. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have been lucky to have had Ms Arcadia as my therapist as she is helpful and knowledgeable to all the available therapies and how they can help in physical recovery and general well being.

I've tried hydrafacial at different clinics before, with different technicians...this time I wanted to give the CRYO hydrafacial a go and It was the best ????...it's worth it big time especially the CRYO part where they put the cold air on it is the cherry on the top.
The CRYO expert "MONIA" made the experience even better with her professional yet welcoming attitude and technically she gave the treatment its time (she was not rushing the treatment) also she was very attentive and considerate about the condition of my skin going gentle so she doesn't irritate my already sensitive skin.
The place is very clean and welcoming.
I am coming back again for sure and I am going to try other treatment next time.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITH NO HESITATION.
