they don’t care about Children right or bullying students ,my son was kick off the stage while the school was celebration my son is traumatic from the situation and i complaint 3 weeks and no one did anything or cared ADEK do you job and Monitor Charter Schools in Abu Dhabi

It doesn't even deserve a star. My son needs a shadow teacher and the school started the application process in early January. Until now (March) my son is still without a shadow teacher and term 2 is about to end while my son is loosing all the progress he achieved earlier. It is unsustainable situation for parents being helpless as there is no way to directly contact ADEK. I raised complaints through TAMM with no success. Every time I receive sms asking me to follow up with the school.

At least should interact with parents on schools review.
There is no bus tracking system for Sunrise international school Abu Dhabi, we are not suppose to buy books from outside, School management said, no fees paid don't come to school. ADEK has to involve in this.

The inspectors who visiting nurseries are very rude, they must learn the professional lanquage before they come and talk to people . Very disrespectful experience with some inspectors ! Learn your manners and lanquage and after visit the places and advice your opinion!

Even when there's alot of people you don't feel crowded and there free wifi hence the 1 star comes. However, the system has crashed several times and people started leaving. Not all the registers are working, eta time on ticket was 20min waited for an hour before the system crashed. Day wasted.

There is no cooperation with parents regarding complaints against the private schools the complain process take long time and you have to follow with them in daily basis and there is no result. its better to solve your problem with school directly if its possible.

Please suspend our new principal MUNEER CHALIL from school
I FINISHED SCHOOL ON 2019.
Honestly... I thought this DHIS school was the best school in Al ain... BUT IN THIS 2022 IT HAS TURNED OUT TO BE MOST WORST CBSE SCHOOL IN AL AIN. OUR SENIOR KIDS ARE COMPLAINING ????????????. Because our vice principal and new principal MUNEER CHALIL is really so irresponsible. WHENEVER WE ARE ASKING FOR SMALL HELP, HE WILL TALK WITH US 'RUDELY'. And also principal are also irresponsible. And whenever we come late to school accidentally, he will make us standing out of the school gate in EVEN IN SUNNY SUMMER SEASON. And also he DIDN'T supply MOEA books in our school.

ADEK PLEASE SUSPEND THIS MUNEER CHALIL FROM THIS SCHOOL AS HE IS RISKING AND PRESSURISING THIIS WHOLE SCHOOL.

Hope u will take new principal MUNEER CHALIL ACTIONS..

If you're going to visit schools and monitor the "class". Atleast find out what the students think about their school's education, bullying and what not. Ask them about their honest opinions.

All you do is watch and observe the teachers. 50% of teachers won't teach properly. Those teachers fake everything and plan everything out before you guys enter the school.

You have only one job and you're not even doing that right.

CBSE schools need better teachers and I dont think that will ever happen. Honestly, its disappointing from ADEK. Do something right and read the student's reviews on their school. We need a new department of Education.

Booked a flu jab at this pharmacy - cancelled 1 day before.
Booked again for the next week - cancelled again 1 day before.

Ordered items online to collect - went missing. Head office ignored multiple emails. Had to apply to Paypal for a refund - took weeks.

Go to Boots instead.

Not a good experience. most times its a long wait in a queue, to be told meds aren't ready for 20 mins. not good

Sainsburys Lloyds pharmacy Pinhoe.
Stood in the queue with a chronic kidney infection for an hour the server then showed me the antibiotics in a basket with my prescription and said it would be 40 minutes to get them dispensed , I had to go home because I felt sick and faint. My husband then went straight back, after the 40 minutes they then told my husband they weren’t in stock!!!
I understand they were under tremendous pressure but all they seemed to be doing was looking through cards and trying to find medication that they had previously prepared, all the people in the queue had been told to come back later and when they had returned they were told also out of stock or not ready.
Please can’t there be a better system . I really felt sorry for them but very angry they were telling people to come back. Lloyds Pharmacy more training for a slicker system needed.

Just bad. Disorganised. Messed up with booking appointments. Waited for a month to get a flu jab and cancelled without contacting me. The receptionist/ pharmacy assistant agreed that this could happen across all Lloyds pharmacies. I would never trust them. Wasted my time travelling there.

My surgery transferred prescription to this pharmacy as it appears as open up to 11 p.m. I need medication urgently and it is closed. Thank you Lloyds Pharmacy for updating your status online.

I think they must have a problem with their suppliers, they've been unable to order my medication twice (two different types on two different occasions) and last time they said it could be months before they could get it. Our small local Boots always has them in stock so I just go there now.

Don’t come to this pharmacy unless you have at least an hour to waste standing in a barely-moving queue. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a pharmacy that needs a total overhaul of systems and processes and god knows what else.
