Only problem they have only deep clean facial

Nice salon ,good services, manicure very professional, but everything is very slow, if you come to your appointment,you still will wait approximately 30 min . It took almost 3 hours for mani-pedi .

First of all I am a loyal/regular customer to this saloon and i previously recommended it to my friends. Last month i paid for 10 services and i also did eyelashes extensions and paid for it. When i was leaving i booked for appointment for the next day and the receptionist told me she will give me the paper later as it was fully busy and i was in hurry to catch a meeting. The next day i had to cancel my appointment And today I came back as usual to continue my service as i only did my nails so i have 7 services left as balance. They said they don't have my receipt and kept me waiting 40 minutes to get an answer.. so i asked again clearly what is the solution or conclusion of this.. they brought their HR lady telling me this is a policy... told her i totally understand that as i am a regular customer and i always come back with my receipt .. so no solution? they told me you will have to pay another 100 for 10 new services knowing that i have 7 left in my balance and cant use them because no records to prove that. So i just thanked them politely and left the saloon very upset without saying anything back and without argument.. never coming back ???? this taught me a lesson not to be loyal to a business because they will not treat you the same. And they will be willing to lose you as you don't matter to them.

Great deal - for 114 you get 10 services (including Moroccan bath). The place looks great, staff is very friendly and welcoming, working fast and efficient. You can enjoy free snacks and drinks.
For massage highly recommend Bam Bam and for Moroccan bath Karen;)

Our go-to spa! Regular costumer here. I have brought friends here as I highly recommend this place. Very affordable yet excellent service. The most affordable salon I have been to, but very fancy looking place. Place is huge and clean. Staff are very friendly and competent. Booking is a breeze! I love the morrocan bath as well as the manicure and pedicure. Most of all, you get amazing service and value for your money. I would definitely recommend this place!

They are good in all service accept eyebrows and upper lip..

Dear Dessertwave team .. Please when someone select eyebrows in your list please give the client to someone who can do the job right..

Just bec it's happy hours it doesnt
mean that client can be considered as nothing.. u have given the offer so consider everyone same..

It was my first time visiting this salon and was impressed with the nice and spacious ambience. I specifically enjoyed their footspa, pedicure and shoulder massage(by ate Conie). Their 10 services package price is reasonable and worth it. Would definitely come back.

The place is too busy, some client are fighting to get a slot… this is the meaning of a good service. All the staff are friendly they don’t make you feel weird and all and that one of the characteristics or ambiance of a spa that we normally looking for. Normally a spa who offers a 10 service promotion don’t do a great job, however this place will never give you poor service.
