We’ve been experiencing maintenance issues since last year, none of which have been resolved, let alone investigated. The maintenance staff are not doing their jobs, and the customer service team and higher management are not responding to requests made through the portal, phone calls, emails, in-person visits, or any other means of communication. It’s like no one is working there except those who take payments from customers. After you pay, you will not hear from them until it’s time for your next payment. I would suggest saving your time and money by finding a different rental company.

I don't advice to deal the them at all, they don't respond properly to the customer and requests, they are not professionals at all.
they worst real-estate experience i ever had.
service and maintenance are not done on time or properly.
i was renting an apartment from them, they were not authorized to issue the governmental official contracts but they didn't inform me, they collected their money and finally they told me to go to the court, they didn't care about the problem they caused for me or the charges they cost me.
i requested them many times to return it back but they didn't respond at all.

Very bad an unprofessional. They are not respectful and not respecting to the costumers . Only they looking for money, i have sent them email about 2 weeks nobody take care and i spend money to fix the things.

One of the very unprofessional and very bad customers service I have experienced recently. Especially during the hand over of apartment they just find all the reasons to deduct the security deposit. I would not recommend Deyaar for any one.

No prior notifications for cheque payments and taking huge sum if it bounces.beaware!! Even single star not deserved..worst service in UAE

I can’t believe that lease contract and tenancy contract is different amount about 5000 dirham and costumer service not care about that rental people and deyaar should be care about costumer and solve issues easily , I don’t recommend

Worse customer interaction, whereas after multiple mails you get no response. Not organized, mafia environment as they can charge you anything if they feel like when vacating the apartments. Do not think about renting a place from this company, worse experience of property management till date.

0 Star. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER Approach them. You will regret the day that you dealt with them. Worst and uncivilized staff. Uneducated and ignorant management. Stay a way. I dragged them to the court to put an end for their arrogance and ignorance. They must have learned the lesson now. Never ever deal with them. Rubbish management.
