Last time i buy from sharaf DG.

Every time i buy an item, they promise second day delivery.

Items were never delivered the second day unless having a huge argument with customer service who are usually Useless.

Yesterday i bought an item and they promised 2nd day delivery.

I started calling sharaf DG at 1800 pm to ask about the delivery as i did not receive any call and each time i was calling, they were saying that the item will be delivered before 1000pm

I’ve asked to cancel the item as 10 pm is late, however, customer service were only delaying order cancellation.

At 0945pm i received a call saying it’s already late and item won’t be delivered today.

Definitely not happy with the experience and definitely last time i order from sharaf DG.
SHAME ON YOU! Don’t lie to your customers and don’t waste their time.

Visited the shop today and had a very bad experience with Abel, the Samsung service representative. Although he was not aware of mall voucher policies, he insisted that I am wrong and that there's no way forward. After Abel has been helped by a cashier from SharafDG(awesome guy - thank you), the Samsung rep continued being rude(he didn't even thank the cashier or apologize for the confusion, but rather had an unfriendly tone and overall defensive approach). Not cool.

I took my laptop for repair I was hesitant about it because I’m not sure if they will be able to fix it. Few days later I received a call and went to collect my laptop. Thank you Mr Abdul for the excellent customer service you provided.

I'm super happy with the service. Although very expensive, i am so thankful for the great job Mr Avel has done to fix my Galaxy Samsung Fold 3. It feels brand new.

I bought a sofa bed online and then never got it and when I contacted them I was given a choice of different sofa bed color and when I said that they don’t match my furniture they told me they’ll check and get back to me but no one did
And after 3 weeks I contacted them to know what happened and I found out that my request was cancelled without informing me and with no refund as well.
I was told they’ll refund me and it’ll show I’m my account in the coming weeks and I’m still waiting for this to happen , I am so disappointed with their service and poor communication

Not helpful at all, places like this that refuse to take a call from their customers and direct you to a call center that's unhelpful honestly lose my business...????????u200d♂️????????u200d♂️????????u200d♂️

Awful service. No communication with the customer and no way to contact their customer service either. On top of that, they say that they will call back but never do (nothing unusual there).
They don't appear to have any parts in stock, and even basic parts (that I can now order for delivery I less than a week) seem to take them weeks to deliver. I'm still waiting for my phone back ...
I'm still actually waiting for a call back ...

I take my phone for battery replacement there. But the guy there( i dont know his name) he was very helpful to me. He just solved my problem within couple of minutes without replacing the battery. I really appreciate his kindness and politeness with customers.
