Utterly disappointed with the staff here as bought a pair of boots and other things that came up to over £30 spent in the shop but the boots didn't fit so I asked to swap them for another pair that I'd seen and pay the difference of £4 but they refused me. So really they have turned down my money to help the very people that the shop is open for! I've never been so disappointed with the way staff shoed me away. Think they need to have a rethink on there staffing problems
