The Arabic women at the counter was so ill mannered. You need to keep the staff who are very well behaved !

I really like their products but I have not gone inside the store for a long time and I even avoid passing by it because even though the staff is really nice and friendly it feels a bit overwhelming that the shop asks them to stand outside. All the staff are really sweet. Please body shop don’t be another Sephora smothering customers.
