I had a very bad experience with this place, bought a Smoke E cigarette which they said it has 6 months warranty and after 1 month it stoped working so they said doesn’t have warranty, they changed their mind, not recommended, not reliable

Even though the facility and its staff are amazing, it's all made redundant by the ticketing system (e-consult), I've been suffering from horrible ongoing health issues and because I can't be up at the time of the e-consult going live in the morning (health issues make a normal sleeping pattern a nightmare, let alone getting a decent amount of sleep) and so often I can't get an appointment and have to resort to calling 111...

I'm not saying 111 isn't bad and they are also really helpful, but I shouldn't have to resort to calling 111 just because my GP is ALWAYS FULLY BOOKED BY 9/10 am, which defeats the point of forcing people to use an e-consult if it's only live for bookings in the first hour or 2, then people like me have to wait weeks for an appointment!
Whats that? you have serious ear pain and crippling headaches? cool you can wait a few days to book it through the e-consult and then when you do get the booking you have to wait an additional few weeks just for the appointment then...

I would really love to amend review to be higher but at the moment it's a big fat fail...

Hugely overworked and oversubscribed but the most organised GP I’ve ever used. The E-Consult system isn’t perfect but myself and my children have always managed to get an appointment when needed, usually within 24 hrs. The admin team are excellent in booking appointments/vaccinations and promptly sending on paperwork when needed also. Receptionists have to manage a lot of awful abuse (I’ve seen it myself) from frustrated patients and families but I have always found them to be helpful, diligent and efficient. Have been with the practice for 8 years and will continue. Have seen a range of doctors and nurses over the years, all have been thorough and attentive.

Yet again unable to use econsult form. Very frustrating. Some receptionist are very abrupt & need a different career path.. when this surgery was actually on knoll rise , was a brilliant surgery. But it now leaves something to be desired.

Once again good service from this practice, starting with pleasant, friendly advice from the receptionist on the phone. This time, not needing to see a GP face to face, I had a prompt and effective response via e-consultation in less than an hour, less time than I would have needed to attend the surgery in person.

Receptionists are sitting there already upset with their work or what reason I don’t know but they are just not ready to help!
My wife is struggling to get an appointment her phone and online appointment is not being able to go through!
And these ladies are just so rigid that they are just showing as if they are helpless and can’t help patients who are sick ?

Called to book an appointment at about 10am not possible and instructed to do the e-form online. Tried via the E-form online no appointments available. Called again the practice to ask for an Appoitment and the lady receptionist said to do it next day at 8am via the E-consult form.

I managed to do it today at exactly 8am via the e-consult form.
The practice called me around 10am to say that the triage booked me for Wednesday next week ???? !!! I was in total shock and disbelief.
I asked the lady why is that and that it was important that I spoke to a doctor today !! She said no that the doctor , nurse doing the triage did not think it was that urgent ???? is mental health related , again not taken serious .
I asked who was the person doing the triage if I could speak to that person or if she can pass on the message that it was important . The receptionist not happy with me being discounted , she definitely changed on the phone said she did not know who was on triage ????! This is shocking ! After I said that I was very discontent she said well there is an appointment that I can book you in Friday morning , I took the appointment as there was no other available option to me.

What can I say ??! Very poor customer service very poor practice and very rude receptionist.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this surgery.
When I moved to area I got discharged from previous consultant due to trust area. I was needing my 6 monthly injection. I was advised by GP as soon as blood test results were received I would get referred. I contacted GP at time was told referral was going through.
I didn't hear anything after 3 months so called reception to find out where referral had gone as I wanted to call to find out where on list I was. Reception couldn't find anything. I then called back as I didn't hear anything. Only to be told referral went through that day. Eventually I got my injection a year too late.

This happened again as requested by guys hospital they wanted me to have endoscopy but this referral didn't go through until I chased it twice.

This is not acceptable, luckily I chased but not everyone will do that. You shouldn't have to keep chasing for your care

Don't bother, to get an "e-consult" appointment. You have to log on at 0800 hrs, answer a ridiculous amount of questions which may or may not get you through to the e-consult page. As the receptionist states you have to fiddle your answers a bit to get there and then you might get a call. It's become an almost impossibility for someone to get an appointment these days and that's not taking into consideration the elderly or those who don't have/can't work digital devices. Absolute shambles
