I had the opportunity to try out the Diet Bite snacks and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! These little treats are packed with flavor and are perfect for those on-the-go moments when you need something to hold you over until your next meal. What's even better is that they're made with all-natural ingredients and are free from any artificial preservatives or additives. The texture of each bite is unique - some are soft and chewy while others have a crunchy exterior. My personal favorite was the banana nut flavor - it tasted just like a slice of homemade banana bread. Overall, I would highly recommend giving these snacks a try if you're looking for a healthy alternative to traditional snack options.

Enjoyed a healthy brunch at the Diet Bite Restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ambience is warm and inviting. A nice place to dine in with family and friends. The menu options vary from salads to pastas to desserts and sweets. What I like about this restaurant first of all of all the concept of healthy eating, and after trying out different dishes I was really impressed with how the food was tastier than your normal pasta that is full of carbs say at the Cheesecake factory for example. The service was attentive and the price was reasonable. I like how the calories are listed in the menu along with the food items if you're for example for conscious. Overall I'm happy to dinner in this place again on my next visit to Abu Dhabi.

Great concept for people that want healthy delicious food, the restaurant scenery looks nice and cool. First time i came here i ordered the chicken pie which tasted great, this came along with steamed vegetables. My second visit i ordered the beef steak with steamed veg which tasted nice too.

It's nice to see the menu including the nutritional value for each meal which is vital for people trying to maintain a healthy balanced meal plan. The staff are friendly and helpful too!

I'll be back to try some other good stuff :)

Food is quite good quality, made by fresh and healthy products.

The menu gives a lot of choice and for every dish there is the amount of calories, and that is great ????????

I have got a whole grain pasta with veggies and a fresh juice

The staff is polite the service is good

They take too much time in preparing the order . My order took 40 mins!!! I was looking through the window of the kitchen and the guy was preparing the food without wearing gloves!! The kitchen has order team and operation team . The ordering team goes inside the kitchen without wearing gloves or plastic hats on their head !!! Also I looked at the juice mixer the guy keeps the milk outside not in the fridge! I pictured the milk where the restaurant temperature is not really good for keeping milk outside .

I ordered today , the order was late which is fine , the big problem is that I found a pice of metal ( probably from the blender ) in the ordered carrot soup .
This cannot happen , also because I was sharing my soup with my baby .
Once called the shop and told the problem , they were confused like nor kind of believing what happens , they gave me the chef on the phone , I explained the problem and he told me “ I check my blender there is no problem in it “ I am speechless .
In plus , item missing from one order too .

Terrible, I ordered the chicken garlic meal and requested for an additional brown rice , the meal costs 47 dhs and they literally put 2 table spoons of rice and one small piece of chicken and 3 tiny potatoe wedges. Over priced for nothing even the food is mashed up
