This is one of my favourite places to go. It’s so quiet. Hardly ever anybody there .. a nice 3 mile route for the ant trail (maybe hard to cross if rained a lot) and a lovely picnic spot per photo. You can see Ben cruachan. Dog friendly (it’s a nature reserve so please bring your poop bags folks). Really pretty spot to visit.

Arrived late in need of somewhere to sleep in the van and this place is absolutely perfect! Down a very quiet single track road. We had the place to ourselves. Car park was muddy but gravel so no grip issues. Perfect little walk as well for the dog

A nice walk. We had to cross the burn twice to bypass the closed bridges. We didn't see any ants on the ant trail.

Lovely woodland walk but the two footbridges, which are nearly half way round, are now missing which involves wet feet crossing the burn or retracing your steps.

What a great spot for two Campervans. Next to a lovely river and surrounded by trees. Free to park overnight for one night only and you leave before 10:00.

The 'Ant Trail' is a nice nature walk with occasional information boards. The shorter 'Riverside' walk, which is wheelchair accessible, is a good idea in principle but very short and not especially scenic - hopefully this will be improved in time.
