What a shame I ordered a cake 5 days ago for my son’s first birthday party and I asked to have it at 1pm. On the same delivery date I received a message from them that they will deliver the cake at 6 PM, and the birthday party is planned for 1 and every one is leaving at 5. What a shame I don’t have a cake for my son birthday because of their unprofessional way to conduct their business. I personally don’t recommend it to anyone

Very unprofessional.I paid for two items but delivered with missing item. Thank you for spoiling a very special day. Won’t order again. Bad customer experience.

I bought three times from them. Two times no issues with good taste cake bit expensive. Third time completely unsatisfied as they didn't do the agreed design, taste average and didn't even include the candles that I requested in my order. When I told them about the issues they just said sorry when I complained through their what's u number said bring it back and we will fix it. You should have offered that when I was in the store not after I left and I was on my way to the birthday party. In summary good cake and expensive but bad customer service.
