If u r a coffee lovers ( addiction)..try this place...little expensive..but worthit .. Hot and cold available..but they need to add some snack / Sandwich items

Very quite place, i really liked the cortado. The staff was friendly & the service was fast even though there was orders from outside. Nice decoration, but i didn’t like the chairs it looks old but it was very comfortable. I liked the coffee & i want to visit again.

I have been many times to Drips Musaffah the ambiance and design of the place adds up the excellent experience.

I have tried their Spanish Latte, Cortado and Fernando coffee. And I used to order açaí bowl on a regular basis. It tastes so good.

Nice place, great service, the barista Akram knows what to serve you all the time. I tried both coffee beans they have and all were very good.

The care jars were really yummy! The shake was also really good. The Iced americano was too bitter for my liking. The ambience was also pretty good.

The coffee shop is very small but I like the design of the place. Staff very friendly as well and coffee is great.

I use this company to get to school and back and when it’s cold weather and the roads are dry and not icy are bus driver is always late and blames it on the roads and I don’t get to school on time at all so i do not recommend this taxi service

Absolutely awful. On Saturday I used the app at 4.30pm to pre-book a taxi for 6.40pm. At 6pm I got a text to say my taxi had been cancelled because they were fully booked until 7.15pm. I rang up and said that I would push my restaurant reservation back and asked if I could now get a taxi at 7.15pm. I was reassured over the phone that they would 100% fulfil this booking. At 7pm I checked the app to track the driver and there was a message to say that the “booking has been completed”. I rang up and was told that the operator had decided to cancel my booking as they were “too busy”. I explained over the phone that this was the 2nd time my taxi had been cancelled and that I’ve been trying to prebook this taxi since 4.30pm when suddenly a taxi was able to pick me up. It actually ended up ruining my night as I was panicking the whole time that I wouldn’t be able to get a taxi back. Based on the restaurant’s recommendation I used Fleetline on the way back, who arrived when they said they would and were absolutely lovely. If Bee Cars are at full capacity they should cancel at the time of booking, not 5 minutes before the arrival time, really unprofessional.

In summary:
I got ripped off and was made to pay twice for a cab ride. I have called to complain twice and was told that I'll be refunded, but I have still not received any refunds over 3 weeks later. I will be avoiding this company in the future and I'll tell everyone I know to avoid it too.

On 29th of December 2021, I took a cab ride and paid for it with my debit card. The driver told me that the transaction didn't go through, so I paid with cash instead. When I went home, I checked my bank account, and lo and behold, the transaction did go through after all. So I paid £9.60 with my card, as well as with cash.
I called the company immediately and complained that they made me pay for the ride twice. I gave them my card details and was assured that I'd get my refund within the next 1-2 weeks. This was on 29/12/2021. By 11/01/2022, the refund had still not come through, so I called again to complain. I was assured that this time, they'll put the refund through. It is now 23/01/2022, and still no refund, so I have run out of patience now.

We rang a cab at 7:03pm despite two phone calls to check where it was. They kept saying it’s on its way. We gave up. 8:22pm they ring to say they are there. We rang another firm and got a taxi in 5 mins. Poor service.

You book a taxi well in advance and you expect it to turn up on time give or take a few minutes.
You don't expect to phone the office after 10 minutes or so to be told that they're busy and it'll be 10-12 minutes longer.
You also don't expect to have to phone after a further 10 minutes to be told the same thing and be told they can't get the drivers especially as you've just seen another of their cars pick someone else up at the same venue.
Shan't be using them again.

Sat for 30 minutes, no cab showed up. I was fobbed off 3 times, and then told the cab had been here waiting for me (it hadn’t.) Then told they were now too busy & left me sitting in a car to then book another cab. Disgraceful.
