The mac and cheese is disgusting. It doesn’t taste like it has cheese on it, it taste like generic white sauce that comes in powder form. The burgers are nothing special and they smell like old socks. The beef patties were under cooked. I don’t like my burgers rare. Maybe my steak but not minced beef. The dynamite shrimp was ok but they didn’t put enough sauce which made them dry. It’s ironic that a place called drizzle puts so little amount of sauce on their foods. I don’t recommend this place, and I definitely won’t order from here again. They are in no position to charge what they charge when their food isn’t high quality.

While i was waiting for my order the employee in albateen’s branch was vaping (smoking) while doing his job and i found it so unappetizing especially for someone who’s serving food!!! Not to mention a few days back i saw one of their employees leaving the toilet without washing their hands. I got in touch with the restaurant on instagram and informed them about all of this and i was so disappointed with their reply as they responded very irresponsibly saying things like: “we monitor the health and quality standards” “don’t worry” which shows they don’t really take customer feedbacks very seriously. I found it very disappointing as i’m a regular customer there.

Best burger in town, weather it’s chicken or beef !! // drizzle fries is my favorite also, i like the variety of the Menu ! .. everything is delicious☺️

I’m complaining on the staff in albateen, as I was ordering all the staff were playing games on their mobiles (while taking my order and talking to me). That’s not professional and annoying.
